Product Representation

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of working with artisans and upcycled or patchwork textiles, each product is unique. Fabric placement, colour arrangement, and textile composition may vary slightly from the images displayed online. These variations are a natural part of the Sattva design philosophy.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Sattva reserves the right to update pricing, product availability, and product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to mediation in Mumbai under the Mediation Act, 2023. If mediation does not result in a settlement, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

User Eligibility and Age Restriction   

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. Payment and Taxes

All prices on sattvaindia.org are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Payment may be made via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (subject to availability). Sattvaindia.org does not store your credit card or banking information — all payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. A valid order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
